
• Put cookware on a solid hotplate before
you start it.
• Stop the solid hotplate before the end
of the cooking time to use residual heat.
• The bottom of pans and solid hotplates
must have the same dimension.
Care and cleaning
Important! The risk of burns from residual
heat!
Let the appliance become sufficiently cool.
Clean the appliance after each use.
Always use cookware with clean bottom.
Scratches or dark stains on the surface
cause no effect on how the appliance op-
erates.
To remove the dirt:
1. Use the cleaning powder or the cleaning
pad.
2. Clean the appliance with a moist cloth and
some detergent.
3. Heat the hotplate to a low temperature
and let it to dry.
4. To keep the hotplates in good shape, reg-
ularly rub in a sewing machine oil. Polish
off the oil with absorbent paper.
Important! For stainless steel edges of the
hob use the cleaning agent for stainless steel.
The stainless steel edge of the plate can
change the colour as a result of the high
temperature.
The stainless steel can become dirty if the tem-
perature is too high. Because of this do not
cook with the stone pots, earthenware pans or
cast iron plates. Do not use the aluminium foil
to prevent damage to the top during operation.
The Stainless steel parts wash with water, and
then dry with a soft cloth.
Troubleshooting
