Accessories can become hotter than usually.
The appliance can emit an odour and smoke.
This is normal. Make sure that the airflow is
sufficient.

Activating and deactivating the
appliance
1. Turn the knob for the oven functions to an
oven function.
The power indicator comes on while the
appliance operates.
2. To set the temperature for the Conventional
Cooking function, turn the knob to a
temperature. Other functions operate with
the maximum temperature.
The temperature indicator comes on while the
temperature in the appliance increases.
3. To deactivate the appliance, turn the knob
for the oven functions and the knob for the
temperature to the Off position.

Off position The appliance is off.
Light To activate the lamp without a cooking function.
50...250 Conventional Cook-
ing
To bake and roast food on one shelf position.
Bottom Heat To bake cakes with crispy bottom and to preserve food.
Top Heat To brown bread, cakes and pastries. To finish cooked dishes.
Knobs for the cooking zones
You can operate the hob with the knobs for the
cooking zones. Refer to the hob user manual.
You must read the Safety chapters
in the hob user manual.
Heat settings
Knob indication Function
0 Off position
1 - 9 Heat settings
Double zone switch
1. Turn the knob to a necessary heat setting.
2. To complete the cooking process, turn the
knob to the off position.
Using the double zone (if applicable)
To activate the double zone, turn the
knob clockwise. Do not turn it
through the stop position.
1. Turn the knob clockwise to position 9.
2. Turn the knob slowly to the symbol until
you can hear a click. The two cooking zones
are on.
3. To set the necessary heat setting refer to
"Heat settings".
